The room was clean and well-stocked with towels, tissue, and toiletries. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities were well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of free parking and the IHOP on the same property. The location was very close to most attractions, making it easy for us to get to the French Quarter.

The air conditioning unit was ineffective, requiring us to set it to 60 degrees just to cool the room.
The slow WiFi made it impossible for the kids to watch TV or play online games.
Furthermore, the pictures on the website were misleading and did not accurately represent the hotel.
