I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Starting with the cleanliness, the room was spacious and super clean. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean pool and the outdoor seating area, which I really appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off of the main drag, making it easy to access stores, shops, and restaurants. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff. Sherri at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, and all the staff members went out of their way to be polite and accommodating. this hotel had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access everything we wanted to see and do. The complimentary breakfast surpassed our expectations, with a variety of cooked items, waffles, cereals, yogurts, and delicious coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and check-in was quick. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, even considering that pets are allowed. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh fragrance in the lobby.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The beds were more comfortable than my own, and the bed linens were nice. The bathroom sink had a large beautiful counter and shelving below for towels. The hotel had great facilities, including a working air conditioning, fridge, and microwave. The breakfast selection was tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Sherry at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and were very helpful. Sherry went above and beyond by contacting me when our room was ready, even though I hadn't asked her to do so. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff were all positives during my stay.

The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, as we didn't even notice any odors or signs of pets during our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also appreciated the ample parking available.
