The location of the hotel is very convenient, right off the freeway. The room was clean and had hand sanitizer available. The staff was excellent, providing helpful and timely service. They were able to quickly address any issues we had with our room and even set us up in a new room when necessary. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, and having a fridge and microwave was super convenient.
Everything is what I need and want.
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, with comfortable rooms and fresh linens. The pool was clean and the hot tub was invigorating. Surprisingly, despite its proximity to a gas station and the freeway, it was remarkably quiet. There were plenty of options for eating in the area, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown and the nearby harbor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with multiple room options at check-in. The hotel also had convenient facilities like a microwave in the lobby.

I really liked the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to downtown and the Ventura Harbor, which made exploring the area easy. There was also a fantastic CD/Music store nearby called Salzar's. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, offering me different room options upon check-in. The hotel was also within a short drive of many shopping locations in the area, which was great.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the hot tub and pool which were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast offered delicious options to start the day off right. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, close to Ventura Beach, Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, and a variety of food selections. The hotel also provided convenient parking and transportation options.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The pool and spa were refreshing, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Our room had a medium-sized refrigerator/freezer combo and a microwave, which made it convenient for storing and reheating our leftovers. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a bonus, allowing us to bring our furry friend along on our trip. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the 101 and 126 freeways. This made it a short drive to any part of the city, including the pier, Seaward Ave., and downtown. It was also a straight shot down Victoria Ave. to visit the Channel Islands and Mandalay Bay areas. There were plenty of gas stations, a 24-hour grocery store, Starbucks, and various fast food restaurants nearby. Target and Walmart were also just a short drive away.
There was nothing we didn't like.
