We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Zocalo, Polanco, and other inner areas of the city. We enjoyed strolling along the Paseo de la Reforma at different times of the day, taking in the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable suggestions and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided a warm welcome and excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a spacious room. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us, as it was near the Historical District and within walking distance to restaurants and sights. Additionally, the hotel was close to the Metrobus, making it convenient for transportation to the airport. The staff were friendly and always willing to answer our questions and provide recommendations.
