We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were particularly impressed with the kids' area, which had a fun slide and other activities for them to enjoy. The hotel's location opposite the lake area was beautiful, and we loved the view. Plus, the proximity to the lift was convenient, although at times the doors opening would play the Lego friends theme tune, which the kids absolutely adored. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable, and there were so many little touches that made it great for the kids. They absolutely loved the themed bedroom, especially the pirate room we stayed in. The treasure hunt and cracking the code on the safe for hidden treats and Lego were a big hit. The hotel facilities were excellent, with activities like an arcade and swimming pool keeping the children entertained for hours. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, ensuring that we had everything we needed and even organizing games and dance competitions for the kids.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spacious rooms and plenty of Lego to keep the kids entertained. The hotel facilities, including the arcade and swimming pool, were great for the children. The location was ideal, especially for those traveling to nearby Heathrow Airport. The staff, especially Alyna, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
