The cleanliness was exceptional, with a spotless room and fresh linens. The hotel facilities were great, with heated pools and a lovely patio to relax on. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was lucky to find a spot on the beach easily.
Nothing for me.
The location was perfect - right across the street from the beach and in the heart of the lively Times Square area with plenty of bars and restaurants. The Tiki Bar was awesome, with different entertainment every night. I especially loved the great food and drink prices, especially during Happy Hour. Another wonderful aspect was that the hotel is very pet-friendly. The room I stayed in was great, located in the back near the peaceful waterfall pool. It was far enough away from the busy Tiki Bar, which was packed during football games. The staff was extremely helpful in finding parking for our motorcycles, as all the spaces were taken by Tiki Bar customers. The villa-type rooms were nice, and even though I chose a standard room, it was decent enough for a good night's sleep.
Absolutely nothing.
The location was perfect, just footsteps away from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and Time Square. The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding when I had to make last-minute changes to my reservation. They even had my room ready earlier than expected, which was a huge help for my birthday party. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and I was impressed with the poolside deck and facilities. The tiki bar and karaoke night on Friday added a fun and lively atmosphere to the place.
