I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was right by the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my four-day stay. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the service in all the restaurants I tried was excellent. From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel would live up to everything I thought it would be.
For us, it was ideal.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, with the rooms being amazing, clean, and big. The housekeeping staff made sure to come twice a day to refresh the linens and towels, and even refilled the mini-bar. The facilities were fantastic, with four pools and a beautiful private beach. The location was perfect, right across from a large shopping area. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were welcoming and friendly, except for one lady at the reception desk.
Absolutely nothing.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept great. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant scent throughout. The bars were fully stocked with premium products and we loved the sushi bar. The Habanero soup at one of the restaurants was absolutely delicious. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
For us, it was ideal.
