The view from the hotel room was stunning, especially in the morning with canoes, standup paddle boarders, and boats passing by under the bridge. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the kitchen facilities for cooking during my stay. The staff, particularly Suzanne, provided exceptional care and went above and beyond to make my experience special. The hotel's location next to the London Bridge was also a major plus.
Nothing it is perfect.
We loved the location of this hotel, overlooking the London Bridge. The view was breathtaking and it was convenient to be so close to the river and all the restaurants nearby. The hotel had three swimming pools, which were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. I loved the kitchen area and the oversized tub in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The pools were a great feature, especially the one with a water slide for the kids. The bars at the pools had a good selection of reasonably priced drinks. The staff at the spa went above and beyond to accommodate me.
