I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything spotlessly clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and bar area where I enjoyed some delicious drinks. The location was perfect, situated in an up-and-coming area that was close to downtown and the beach. It was incredibly convenient to explore the local restaurants and shops. The staff were exceptional, always ready to help and provide outstanding service.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff. The rooms were spotless and the hotel had beautiful rooftop areas for enjoying sunrise and sunset. The staff, particularly Federico and Arturo, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions and even joined me for a day trip to a cenote and the Mayan ruins, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite with a private rooftop pool was definitely worth the extra cost. The hotel manager, Fede, was amazing throughout our stay. He helped us book taxis every evening and even assisted us with sorting out our PCR test for our journey home. The food and drinks at the hotel were amazing, and we have no complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location was also great, as it was very close to downtown and the beach. Transportation was easy to arrange, thanks to Fede's assistance. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable.
