The central location of the hotel was fantastic. I loved being right in the middle of the marina, as it made it easy to explore the marina walkway and the downtown area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the rooftop bar "Cielo" was a great spot to relax with a drink. The bartender Francisco was attentive and made excellent cocktails. The included breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and there was a good variety of options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The location in the marina area was fantastic, with easy access to excursions and nightlife. The hotel facilities, including the pools and key system, were great. The staff, especially Gabby, Fredy, Miguel, and the bell boy, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast service and the Mexican restaurant downstairs were excellent.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel facilities were great, with beautiful pools and stunning views. The location was perfect, right on the harbor and within walking distance of all the different restaurants on the marina. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating, especially Alejandro who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection. The parking was complementary and the valets were quick. it was a truly convenient and enjoyable experience.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, including Israel, Alberto, Viridiana, Alondra, Maricruz. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a great pool, bar, and restaurant. The location was perfect, right in front of the marina with amazing views. Plus, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, and we received excellent service from Carlos and Jesus at the sky bar.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a warm pool and a swim-up bar that provided fast and friendly service. The location was perfect, with easy access to the marina, nightlife, and the beach. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants included in the all-inclusive package, with options ranging from steak and seafood to Italian and Mexican cuisine. The concierge, Gabie, was always available and ready to help us with anything we needed. we had a fantastic time at this hotel.
