We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The location was convenient for attending the Windy City Qualifier and the commencement at McCormick. We also appreciated the covered walkways for easy access to the convention center.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic view of Lake Michigan. The hotel provided free WiFi and the TV even had Netflix included. The location was perfect, in a quieter part of the city but still easily accessible to the city center via the nearby green line train. the service, cleanliness, and amenities made my stay super comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.

We loved the convenient location near the Congress Center. It was a short distance from the Wintrust Arena, making it perfect for attending games. The hotel facilities were top-notch with excellent dining options for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly, providing great service and always had a smile on their faces. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and we appreciated the comfortable furnishings, especially the soft pillows. The room had a beautiful view of the city skyline, adding to the overall experience.
