I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and available whenever I needed them. The parking was convenient, although a bit pricey per day. The location was perfect, as it was close to downtown and provided easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

This hotel was perfect for our business travel needs. The common areas were well-planned and provided a great space for 1:1 meetings. We didn't have to worry about bothering other guests. The staff were kind and accommodating, especially Vanessa at check-in and Makayla working the night shift. They were always there to attend to our needs, even late at night. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the pool was refreshing. We also had a fantastic dinner at Shades. this hotel provided a great experience.

I had a perfect stay at this hotel for the Santana concert. It was affordable, safe, and clean. The staff were prepared for us after the concert, and even though some guests arrived right before the restaurant closed, the cook kindly stayed open to serve us. The bar was also great and the staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was easy to find right off of I-4 and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Amway Center. It was in the center of all the downtown action, making it convenient to explore this city.
