The room was spacious and easy to access. The pool and sauna facilities were enjoyable. The hotel's location, right next to our convention and connected by a skywalk, was convenient. We found many restaurants nearby and it was easy to drive to the Mall of America from this hotel. The front office manager, Anita, was attentive and helpful. The hotel is close to the skyway and free buses that go up Nicolette Mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Scott, the Bellman, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. The hotel's facilities, including the exercise facility, were top-notch. The location was convenient, as it was right off the Light Rail and close to Target Field. Plus, there were plenty of fantastic restaurants in the area, including an outstanding Mexican restaurant. Everything was clean and quiet, making for a relaxing stay.

The hotel was pretty empty during our stay, so it was quiet and we didn't have to compete for gym or pool use. The gym was well equipped with a variety of machines, free weights, and benches. The hotel's location was great, with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We also loved the fact that the hotel was connected to the skyway, which was especially convenient during the winter months.
