We had a fantastic stay in the heart of historic Spokane. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with not a single hair to be found anywhere in the bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds and linens that ensured a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having coffee available 24/7. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and coffee houses right by the river. We were pleasantly surprised to receive free breakfast vouchers for a nearby restaurant, Incrediburger, which served delicious meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We absolutely loved the classic styling and authentic antique furnishings at this hotel. The common areas had a very old-world feel, while the rooms were modern and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff, especially Samantha, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the entertainment district, with two main venues for entertainment in the Arts District nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right near everything downtown. It's conveniently across from the Fox Theater and close to the Steam Plant Restaurants, along with many great cafes and brewpubs. The hotel itself is in an old building downtown that has been nicely updated and has real character, making it a preferable alternative to the cookie-cutter chain hotels. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. Parking was hassle-free with private parking available. Transportation was easy with the hotel's central location. Plus, there was a complimentary 24-hour coffee and tea service in the atrium. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
