I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful, creating the feeling of being on a tropical island. The hotel had a range of activities for both kids and adults. The hot tub and heated pool outside were a great addition for relaxation. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, close to the famous Moody Gardens Pyramids. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a delicious variety of options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with convenient parking and a Starbucks right inside. The staff was incredibly pleasant and always responded quickly to our requests. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rainforest pyramid and the swimming pool, which had a hot tub, swim-up bar, and a small waterfall. The room was spacious and decorated beautifully, giving off a tropical beachy vibe. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the staff at the restaurant was superb. we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
Hard to think of anything negative. The only minor issue we encountered was that, at times, the swimming pool was crowded, especially at night, which made us a bit uncomfortable.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful and impeccably clean. The lobby and restaurant were lovely, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were impressed with the recent updates, especially the brand new and incredibly comfortable bed. The view of the bay and the port in the distance was breathtaking, and we enjoyed seeing the cruise ships docked in the morning. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the great service from the restaurant servers. We especially want to mention the awesome bartender, Mason, at the lobby bar. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel staff was wonderful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was incredibly clean and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids and the bay. The hotel facilities, including the pool and pool bar, were top-notch. Additionally, the convenient $55 2-day pass allowed us to explore amazing attractions such as the aquarium and rainforest. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short drive to the sea wall.
