We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view of the Hudson River from our Deluxe Double room was absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the 9/11 Memorial and within easy walking distance of the subway and major sites like Times Square and the Statue of Liberty ferry. Everything related to 9/11 was close by and easily accessible. The staff was very professional and friendly. We especially appreciated the opportunity to make our own coffee in the morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious and newly designed rooms. The firm pillows and just-right blankets made for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, with fast and ample elevators. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location in the FiDi area was perfect, just across from battery park and within walking distance to the Staten Island ferry, which offered a mid-range view of the Statue of Liberty. this hotel provided a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The $25 resort fee turned out to be a great perk. I could use it to purchase snacks, drinks, or even enjoy a meal at the hotel's restaurant. The room was clean and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff at the front desk was amazing, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions like the 9/11 Memorial and Battery Park, and with easy access to the subway for exploring the city.
