We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view of the Falls from our clean and comfortable room was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a fun and clean pool. The location was perfect, as everything was in walking distance, and we didn't need to use transportation or call our car once it was taken by the valet. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was great.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The staff at the front desk were excellent and friendly, making me feel welcome from the start. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to everything and also offers a free WEGO shuttle card for transportation. I loved that I could easily walk to the falls or use the shuttle when I didn't feel like paying for parking, which was around $22. The hotel also gave me a complimentary welcome drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. The view from my 23rd-floor king whirlpool room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the falls. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting on the sofa by the fireplace at night, watching the fireworks. I highly recommend spending a few days in this hotel for a memorable experience.
Almost perfect.
We had the most incredible view of the falls from our room. It was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display. The hotel also provided us with free bus passes, making it convenient for us to travel to the falls. The room itself was great, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. The staff, especially Kuldeep at the front desk, were amazing - friendly, informative, and always willing to help.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities included a large indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and gym. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking both the Canadian and American falls.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They celebrated our 35th anniversary and made it even more special. The location was perfect, with a great view of the falls from our room on the 21st floor. The room was nice and clean, with super comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the double jacuzzi in our room.
