We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out at 12 without any extra fees. The room overlooking the river was amazing, with a cozy atmosphere and a well-equipped kitchen area. The bathroom was the best hotel bathroom we have ever experienced, with a huge shower and a fantastic jetted tub. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely lobby and a nice pool area downstairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The views from the dining room were beautiful, overlooking the Niagara River. The breakfast was great, with delicious food that came out quickly. The man working in the dining room did an amazing job, even though he was almost by himself. The price of the room was very affordable and the bed was really comfy. We also liked the amenities offered, such as the mouthwash, soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. The best feature was the water pressure in the shower.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff, in particular, were exceptional, providing great service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful view of the Niagara River and close proximity to the falls.
For us, it was ideal.
The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; the rooms were immaculate and the bathrooms were very clean. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and not too far from the falls.
