The hotel's location is fantastic - it's just a short walk to the Universal Studios shuttle stop and the Universal Studios tram that takes you to the front gate. The hotel is also located in a seemingly safe neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful stay. The staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel facilities were great, with a mini fridge, microwave, and even a sofa bed. The parking was tight, but it was free and there was also free parking across the street. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Universal tram for Universal Studios and close to great restaurants and bars. Plus, the breakfast provided was simple but decent, with waffles, juice, sausage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, being super close to Universal Studios and within walking distance to many dining options. In fact, there were plenty of restaurants right near the hotel. The proximity to the park was incredibly convenient, as I could easily catch the Universal Studios tram just a block away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a breakfast service from 7:30-9:30am, providing a variety of options including hot coffee, cereal, pastries.

We really loved how close this hotel was to the park. It made it really convenient for us to get to Universal Studios. The hotel is also near the Universal Metro station, where we could catch a shuttle to the park. It was great to have options for dining nearby, including Miceli's Italian restaurant for dinner. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
