I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped, and the steam bath was a great added bonus. The location in the West Loop area was perfect, with an abundance of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the front desk were attentive and friendly, especially Juan, who went above and beyond to make our stay delightful. He assisted us with restaurant reservations, gave us suggestions, and showed us around the property. The hotel also offered a convenient protocol for entering rooms and provided an excellent checkout experience.
