We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff anticipating our needs. The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and accommodating. The views from the resort were amazing and there were plenty of different areas to explore. The hotel also offered delicious and healthy food options. Additionally, the location was great, as we were able to easily access activities outside of the resort.

We had the best stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was exceptional, greeting us warmly and providing a personal butler throughout our entire stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary anniversary cake and the delicious food at the Pacific Restaurant. The breakfast at Malibu Farm was also fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially our butler Claudia and waiter Brandon by the pool. There is nothing negative to mention, no complaints at all.

The food throughout the hotel was delicious, especially at Pacific Restaurant and Nobu. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay.
