The location was perfect, very close to everything. The hotel facilities were great, with a heated pool, hot tub, grills, and picnic tables on the lawn. The room was large, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable bed. I especially loved the balcony, which offered a wonderful view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

The hotel provided a great location close to the beach and restaurants, with the option to rent canoes and paddleboards on-site. The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the mattresses were exceptional. the staff, especially Kat, were friendly and informative, providing helpful tips for exploring the area. The spacious room with a balcony overlooking the river added to the overall pleasant experience.

The rooms were large and clean, with a comfortable bed and a perfect layout. The hotel facilities were great, especially the lawn next to the river which had plenty of chairs to lounge on. The view of the river and ocean from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing superb customer service. Parking was easy and the location was perfect, close to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, and other beautiful sights in Maine. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spectacular view of the tidal river bay.
