I had the most delightful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home and welcomed. The room I stayed in had a separate sitting area, giving it a comfortable and spacious vibe. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop garden where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of various restaurants in downtown and the historic district. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simply amazing, with cheesy grits, biscuits, and a variety of fresh fruits. The staff were incredibly friendly and informative, always ready to assist with any needs.
Couldn't fault a single thing.
I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing my experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful courtyard and rooftop garden. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to the nearby museums in downtown and the historic district. Additionally, the hotel had gated parking, which was a nice change while on the road.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The check-in process was easy, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was of high quality, ensuring a comfortable sleep. We especially enjoyed the view of the lush landscape in the back yard from our spacious bedroom. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, and we loved dining outside in the courtyard, surrounded by the coy pond and a great atmosphere. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the local museums and provided easy access to other attractions in this historic district. Additionally, the self-parking was a convenient added bonus.
No foul odor in the elevator. The City of Jackson's lack of leadership affected the downtown business, including the closure of the rooftop bar.
