The location was outstanding, right across the street from the convention center and within walking distance of Canal St and the French Quarter. The hotel facilities were beautiful, from the lovely entryway to the interior. The in-hotel restaurant and bar were excellent. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the cruise terminal, the conference center, and the Riverwalk mall. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. the breakfast was fantastic, with fluffy eggs, crisp bacon, tasty sausage patties, warm and fluffy pancakes, and plenty of fresh fruits. The waiter was very helpful and courteous, and the coffee was just right. I had a great experience.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The location of this hotel was perfect, as I was able to easily walk to all major districts, the convention center, and the Riverwalk. the hotel had a parking lot close enough to walk, which was a huge convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it easy to access the trolley and explore downtown. The bar had a great view and the older female bartender was amazing, serving up delicious drinks and keeping everyone entertained. The presence of security guards and valet attendants gave me a sense of security, and I liked that a key was required to use the elevator.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The room was clean and spacious, exceeding our expectations. The location was convenient, as it was right across the street from a mall and within walking distance to Harrah's. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. We requested a quiet room and an early check-in, both of which were met. The room was ready even earlier than expected. The housekeeper was prompt in bringing us extra coffee and cream, as per my husband's request. the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of our stay.
Almost perfect. The only downside was that the hotel was a bit expensive considering its distance from Canal Street and public transportation stops to the French Quarter.
