I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the beautifully kept rooms to the spotless facilities. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, being close to St Mark's Square and right in the heart of the city. Plus, having the option to use a private water taxi made transportation a breeze.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right next to the main canal and near the Accademia bridge. It made exploring the city so much easier, as we didn't have to walk long distances. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with any issues. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing fixtures such as Murano glass chandeliers and reading sconces. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the contemporary bathrooms were spotless.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with high quality furniture and comfortable beds in our suite. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff members were very professional and attentive. They even suggested a fabulous concert and great quality restaurants for us to try. The hotel's proximity to everything in this city made it really convenient for us to explore.
