We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and concerns. The breakfast served here was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and housekeeping made sure our room was tidy every day. The location of this hotel was one of the best in the city, situated in the center and making it easy to explore top attractions such as Gran Via. The hotel's proximity to the metro also made it convenient for transportation.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available. The hotel's prime location, just 30 seconds from the metro stop SOL and on the bustling street of Arenal, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, ensuring we had everything we needed within reach. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast options and the friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding. I enjoyed a wide range of options, including mix vegetable and fruit juices which are a rare and healthy choice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast hostess, Ruth, was fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of activities within a short walk, as well as being close to the metro station. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the main street. The ensuite bathrooms had large glass swing doors, adding a touch of elegance. Additionally, the hotel offered free tours every day, which were amazing.

The hotel was very clean, from the rooms to the impecable bathrooms. The breakfast was abundant and varied, with delicious options including vegan food. The staff, especially Elena Grosu, provided excellent service.
