Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, including the sky train, sea planes, bike rentals, water front, and downtown shopping. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The quick breakfast options and specialty coffee in the morning were also a plus.
Couldn't stay longer.
The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of cafes, shops, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were super, with clean rooms and excellent dining options. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and resolved any issues, like a parking problem, to our advantage.

The staff was incredibly friendly and funny, making my experience enjoyable from the moment I checked in. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the on-site scooter and e-bike rentals. I had a blast exploring the sea wall on them. The hotel was also clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the location was perfect, close to the harbor, Stanley Park, and various restaurants and local sights. I also appreciated the available free bikes for guests, a massive gym, nice pool, and a great patio with a bar/restaurant.
Nothing could have been better.
The view from the hotel was amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring the waterfront, Granville Island, Chinatown, and downtown Vancouver. The staff was accommodating and attended to our requests promptly, even when we were out. The gift shop attendant was friendly and helpful, and the room service person shared interesting historic facts about the area during the delivery.
