The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and the Civic Center all within walking distance.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities offered. The spa services, especially the excellent treatment by Samantha, were a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the convenient location near the touristy neighborhoods made exploring the city a breeze. We also appreciated the availability of parking and the short walk to various shops and restaurants.

The hotel is in an outstanding location, with easy access to everything in downtown. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, with fabulous architecture and old school wood paneling. It was also very clean. We loved the complimentary coffee service delivered outside our door in the morning.

The location in downtown Portland was excellent - close to the waterfront and in the center of old town, with everything I wanted within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, including a hot tub in the spa, a bar downstairs with free cheese plates, and a piano in the foyer. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were pleasant and engaging. I also appreciated the convenience of the in-house printer and the free morning tea and croissants delivered to my room.
