We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and greeted us with a glass of local Port upon arrival. The rooms were quirky, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary water. The beds were comfortable, and we even had a small outdoor terrace in our room. The location was outstanding, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for walking around, exploring local restaurants, and visiting major sites. It was also close to the Duoro waterside and just a 5-minute walk from São Bento railway station. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of hot and cold dishes, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Porto's old town, surrounded by local cafes and restaurants. We were just a short walk away from the Douro river and the metro stations São Bento and Trindade. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and attractively decorated rooms equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast provided was brilliant, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were lovely and very helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We couldn't ask for more.

It was a convenient spot for exploring this city on foot and finding local restaurants. The hotel facilities were superb, with a historic building that had all the amenities I needed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, and the staff at the front desk were young, professional, and friendly. The service was excellent, with helpful staff always ready to assist with a smile on their face.
