The location of this hotel was amazing! We were very close to Fisherman's Wharf and Alvarado Street, making it super convenient to explore the area. We also loved that we could easily walk to Cannery Row in just 20 minutes. Plus, there were plenty of fantastic restaurants, spas, and bars nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed taking morning walks by the bay to see the seals.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was amazing, just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and the main street in the historic district. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the nice pool that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. Breakfast was really good, and the staff made us feel welcome and even gave the children cookies on arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the parking facilities were convenient.

This hotel was beyond 5 stars with its central location close to everything. The pier and walkway were right there, and I could easily walk to many shops, bars, and eating locations. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal, just a short walk from the seafront, making it easy to explore the wharf and enjoy watching the sea otters. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with newly upgraded rooms that were comfortable and well outfitted. I also loved the warm spa pool and the newly renovated lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated the delicious cookies they offered at reception.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a large, well-finished bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. We loved the cute patio outside our room, and the whole wall of windows with Bahama shutters made the room feel light and bright. The hotel's location in the heart of this historic city was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the old fisherman's wharf and close to restaurants, beaches, and everything this city has to offer. The lobby was beautiful and the complementary coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch. The staff, especially Chris from the concierge, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, giving us a comprehensive and personalized guide to the coastal attractions in the area. The night audit who checked us in was also caring and nice, making us feel welcome from the start.
