We loved the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is situated on a nature reserve, so we enjoyed seeing all the animals on the property. The beach was beautiful and not crowded, and there were great amenities for kids like plastic cups with straws and beach toys. The hotel grounds were stunning and offered activities like a Superbowl party and kids arts and crafts.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was a good size. The swim out pool and the big pool by the beach were perfect for us, and my son absolutely loved the water slides at the family location. The variety of restaurants offered excellent dining options, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Special mention to Nes and Leidy at the front desk who helped us with our car and food for our infant - they truly went above and beyond!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pools and water slides which our son absolutely loved. Additionally, the variety of restaurants on-site offered different cuisines for dinner, ensuring that we always had delicious options to choose from. The location of this hotel in the Dominican Republic was perfect, providing us with easy access to beautiful beaches and other attractions in the area.

They even made our toddlers feel special and included. The room was perfect for our family, with a bunk bed and an extra pull out bed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel's proximity to the beach was convenient, and the kids had a blast with the water slides. The resort was also easy to navigate with a stroller, and the food, though not outstanding, was decent.
