I had a fantastic stay in Santa Barbara! The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were in good shape. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed by the beautiful pond with ducks, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient for me as it was close to UCSB and provided easy access to public transportation.

We loved the beautiful Christmas lights, the duck pond, and the big solar-heated pool with a jacuzzi. The little balcony was perfect for soaking up the morning sun. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to food and drink outlets. This hotel was a great choice for starting the year in this city.

The hotel staff was helpful in recommending good restaurants in the area. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the I-101 and close to an In-N-Out Burger and nearby shopping. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including pastries, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including a clean pool and jacuzzi.

We loved the beautiful lagoon and waterfall, which provided a picturesque view every morning. The kids had a blast feeding the ducks and turtles. Additionally, the cleanliness, quietness, and excellent management of the hotel were impressive. We were also delighted to be given the option of a 1 or 2nd story room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing us with a room that had ample charging outlets and reading lights by the bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very polite and helpful, providing us with a map, coupons, and other information about the city. The location was great, with plenty of nice places to sit outside and enjoy the unexpected serenity of the garden terrace, complete with ponds and ducks. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a high vaulted ceiling that made it feel even more spacious. The air conditioning worked excellently, and we loved the relaxing view of the ponds. The breakfast was nice, with excellent coffee and a good variety of options.
