The location was fantastic, right along the waterway near great restaurants and the outdoor music venue. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a workout center that was good and a Starbucks inside for quick breakfast options. The staff was friendly and informative, providing good service at breakfast and at the bar during the NFL play-off games. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and the WiFi was reliable. Transportation was convenient, with close proximity to the airport, public transport, and the city center.

I absolutely loved the feel of this hotel as soon as I walked into the lobby. It truly transported me to a different world. The staff at the front desk were fantastic, pleasant, and courteous during the entire check-in process. The room itself was spacious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, very close to the water and just a short drive from the airport.

The hotel's location on the bay right along the waterway near great restaurants and so close to the outdoor music venue, Blue Hills Bank Pavilion, was incredible. The stunning views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the olympic size swimming pool, exceeded my expectations. The staff's customer service was top-notch, with every interaction being kind and professional.

The hotel had a clean room with a comfortable bed. The lamps provided sufficient lighting. The location was great for attending a conference at the nearby convention center and was also within walking distance of downtown. The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage and use the gym before our late flight.
