I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was near everything in downtown Gatlinburg and also close to the park entrance. It was so convenient to have easy access to downtown attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had a cozy fireplace that was perfect for the rainy and somewhat cold weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of downtown and all the attractions. We easily explored the nearby restaurants, the sky lift, and other activities. It made getting around this city super easy and convenient.

I loved how close it was to downtown, making it easy to explore everything without needing to drive.
