The hotel facilities were impressive, with stunning architecture and beautiful grounds. The staff, especially Sydney at the front desk, were informative and helpful. The complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival was a nice touch. The location was unlike any place I've stayed in Scottsdale, with a peaceful and private feel.

We loved the hotel's intimate and romantic atmosphere, with beautiful landscaping and charming architecture. The room was very comfortable and private. The staff, especially the poolside servers, were very nice and provided excellent customer service. The location had plenty of discreet pathways through gardens and charming courtyards, with lots of greenery.
Could not be improved in any way.
I absolutely loved the sweet calming aroma that greeted me throughout the hotel. It instantly reminded me of a relaxing spa and was so refreshing. The staff made me feel welcome and answered all my questions before I even asked. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning gardens and spacious rooms. The morning tour with Danny was the cherry on top.
