The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and comfortable rooms, along with a nice balcony area. The facilities on-site, including a lovely pool, gift & grocery shop, restaurant, and bar with a pool table, were fantastic. The location was beautiful, being right across the road from a stunning beach. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any questions and even providing a free discount on our meal.
Nothing could have been better.
The location was fantastic, with easy access to Hearst Castle and beautiful beaches. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the spacious king bed. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the convenience store and restaurant on the hotel premises were a great bonus. Being right across the street from the ocean was a major highlight.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful, they were patient and understanding, and very courteous. They handled any problems immediately and without any negative demeanor or attitude. The hotel facilities were comforting and my kids enjoyed the heated pool. The location was perfect, with San Simeon Beach just across the highway.
