We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the pier and just down the hill from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful rooms that were very clean and had a modern gas fireplace for added comfort. The views from our room were breathtaking, overlooking the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us when there was a mix-up with our reservation. The breakfast offered was simple but delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit and baked goods. this hotel provided a dreamy ambiance and exceeded our expectations.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provides convenient parking and transportation options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access the beautiful beach downhill.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the beach, the pier, and the surfers. The hotel grounds were well kept, with comfortable outdoor seating where I could enjoy the scenery. The continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. It was also convenient to have plenty of restaurants within a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is right on the ocean and within walking distance of the wharf and the boardwalk. The view of the beach is absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep at night. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds were well maintained, and in warmer weather, it would be a great place to sit outside. The breakfast and snack hour were great additions to our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was amazing, with the ocean right on our doorstep. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed sitting outside under the umbrellas. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including a short walk to the Boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional.
