The hotel was immaculately clean and had excellent facilities. We never had any trouble finding parking and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Benito, Guadelupe, Leonardo, and other areas. The entertainment activities were enjoyable and the staff, including Gabriella, Bernice, Enrique, Jonathan. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, and the service in both Portofino and Bordeaux was top-notch.

The staff made my stay at this hotel truly special. From Maria, my concierge, to the amazing entertainment staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the entire resort was outstanding. The location within Secrets Maroma Beach Resort was perfect, with easy access to parking and transportation. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff at the restaurants made dining a truly enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only resort. The staff were talented and made our vacation special. The food in all restaurants was wonderful, especially at the Mexican restaurant. The beach was spectacular and we enjoyed breakfast at the Preferred Club Beach every morning. The staff, including our server Carlos and the entertainment team, made our stay memorable. The hotel facilities were clean and we had helpful assistance for seating and restaurant reservations.
