We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spacious and comfortable room with a large bed, good lighting, and a makeup mirror in the bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was outstanding, always helpful, polite, and well-dressed. They were quick to respond to our requests and solved any problems we had. Special shoutouts to Ariandna and Monica from the front desk, as well as Alex and Eva in the coffee shop/restaurant.
Nothing not to love.
We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, with the terrace facing the palace now housing the ceramics museum. The view was stunning, and we enjoyed sipping on aguas de Valencia while taking in the sights. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, and we had many happy hours spent on the terrace. Additionally, the staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, with two duvets provided for both cool and warm nights. The hotel's location in a plaza around the corner from high-class shops made it convenient for exploring the old town and most of the main sights.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with a clean and spacious room that had a lovely balcony for fresh air. The location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful old buildings and close to all the attractions. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were great, with a chic lobby, a nice bar area, and outdoor dining options next to a stunning marble church. The comfortable bed and quick elevators were a plus. Plus, being in the center of the city, I got to experience the vibrant Valencia Day celebrations with parades, fireworks, and drums.
Can't fault anything about it.
The location is fantastic for exploring the old town and easily accessing the beach and City of Arts and Sciences by bus. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was great. There are many options for eating around the hotel.
No negatives.
