During my recent stay at a luxury hotel in this city, I had the pleasure of experiencing the best of hospitality. The staff, who were available round-the-clock, were not only professional but also warm and friendly. From check-in to turn-down service, every interaction was a delight. Notably, when I lost my watch, the staff promptly found it for me. They even went above and beyond by assisting with a late-night Uber delivery. The hotel's breakfast service was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the TV in the mirror within the bathroom. the hotel's top-notch facilities, including the spa and gym, added to the serene atmosphere and made my stay truly memorable. The concierge service deserves a special mention for their fantastic assistance with restaurant reservations and providing great recommendations. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for future visits.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, providing friendly and accommodating service throughout our visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to various tourist attractions and dining options. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the breakfast options were healthy and delicious, both from the buffet and the a-la-carte menu. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of facilities like the swimming pool and spa. our experience was fantastic.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We absolutely loved the sleek, modern yet Asian flair design of the hotel and our room. The beds were comfortable, and the view from our room was spectacular. The location was excellent, right in the center of downtown Toronto. The staff were friendly, attentive, and attended to our requests in a friendly manner. The in-room iPad was a convenient feature, although it was not charged when we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast provided through room service was one of the best we've had.
