We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Julie at breakfast was especially friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bathroom was also very pleasant. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to the metro system, making it convenient to explore the city. We also appreciated the free coffee and tea, as well as the ironing facilities in the room.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. The location was great, with lots of shops within walking distance and easy access to the subway. The hotel also had a Starbucks in the lobby, which was very convenient.
Nothing stood out as particularly negative, but there were some minor inconveniences. Additionally, there was a separate rooftop bar with a cover charge, which was not associated with the hotel.

The front desk assistant was welcoming and helped us choose the best floor for our needs. The hotel's location was excellent, with several subway stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore this city and reach other destinations. The room was clean and tidy, and the service people were incredibly helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the tea/coffee facilities in the room and the true willingness of the staff to address any noise issues we had.

The location was perfect, very close to the subway, restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to get around by subway, with Dumbo and the Brooklyn Bridge just two stops away. Manhattan was also easily accessible, only about 3-4 stops via subway. The room, although small and cramped , was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful, and the room service was incredibly fast. Additionally, the hotel had a Starbucks in the lobby and offered services such as holding luggage and arranging car service to the airport. The neighborhood also had a nice bar across the street at the Indigo Hotel.
For us, it was ideal.
