We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Brittney at check-in, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room after hearing about our previous bad experience at another hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious burgers from room service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and with great amenities like an attached restaurant and a fabulous pool. We also appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed us to fully enjoy our time in the city.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The hotel's location right on 16th Street means we were able to easily take the free shuttle bus to explore the downtown area and visit attractions like LoDo, Coors Field, and Union Station. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking and the easy access to the main lobby, concourse, and elevators. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location right in the heart of the Downtown area. The hotel's public areas were immaculate and well-maintained, including the first two floors that were open for guests to use. Plus, the hotel's proximity to many downtown attractions and the 16th St Mall made exploring the city a breeze.

The hotel is right in the center of Downtown, making it very convenient to explore the city. Not to mention, it is located right on the 16th Street Mall, allowing easy access to free buses that travel up and down the street. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We were excited to visit the city and stay at this hotel, as it was located right off of the vibrant 16th Street Mall and within walking distance to the capital building and US Mint. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff provided Sheraton level customer service. We were pleased to find great common areas and a variety of hotel facilities. Additionally, the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city, including the microbreweries and Coors Field in LoDo.
