I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly, fun, and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel had a great atmosphere with pool tables and music playing, creating a fun and lively environment. The parking lot was well-lit and busy, making me feel safer. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to many attractions in the Hudson Valley, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. this hotel provided excellent cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, and location close to attractions and dining options.
All was perfect.
The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with a great supply of towels. The room was wonderfully dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary food and drink on the premier floor. The hotel had shops nearby and a Starbucks downstairs.
Can't fault anything about it.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the desk, workspace, lighting, and wifi access were excellent. We appreciated the 24-hour fitness room and pool, which were not crowded and had good equipment. The room service food was well-prepared and arrived on time. The housekeeping staff were friendly, hard-working, and accommodating. The people at the front desk, especially Corina and Amanda, were very friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally nice and friendly. They provided great service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the Starbucks coffee provided. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a grocery store and liquor store just a short walk away. The bathroom in the room was also very nice and well-maintained.

I had a fantastic stay with great staff and excellent service. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was very nice. The manager, Ashley, handled a minor room problem promptly and even offered us free breakfast for two days. All the staff were beautiful people and very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located and offers a Starbucks in the lobby, which is a plus.
Could not be improved in any way.
