We had a truly exceptional experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a well-equipped gym and a luxurious spa. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to highly rated places we have visited in the past, as well as the shopping area and the world-famous Lotte World Mall.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the shopping area through the nearby Lotte World Department Store and Shopping Mall. The hotel is also conveniently connected to the metro, making transportation hassle-free. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, everything was so modern and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the unique location on the 97th floor with stunning views. The quick access to the metro and the nearby mall made it very convenient for us. The staff were exceptional, always welcoming, professional, and helpful.
