We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere, including some very good restaurants. It was also close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff, especially Audrey at the front desk, provided excellent customer service. She upgraded our room to a beautiful one with a huge comfy bed and a fireplace without us even asking. Audrey also recommended a hot springs that we loved and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was great, with a highlight being the ability for my grandson to make his own waffles.
