The location of the hotel was perfect, right opposite the V&A Museum and the Riverside. It was also very close to shops, pubs, and other amenities. The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and bright. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
For us, it was ideal.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location, very close to the train station. The staff who checked us in and out were very friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the V&A museum and the 'Discovery' museum, making it the perfect spot for exploring this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel also offered parking nearby, which was very convenient for us. this hotel provided great value for our stay during the week.
Everything was spot on.
The location was perfect, right in the city centre and just a stone's throw away from the train station. Despite being above the station, there was no noise disturbance at all. The hotel had excellent safety measures in place and all staff were professional and kept us well-informed. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We also loved that the hotel was within walking distance of popular attractions such as the V&A, discovery centre, science museum, and various shops. this hotel offers great value for money and we highly recommend it.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
Immaculate and modern, it was decorated to a high standard. The location was perfect, right beside the railway station and central for shops, museum, and Discovery Point. The cleanliness was exceptional, with a non-slip floor in the shower and a cleverly laid out room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ambience in the bar was relaxing late at night. Breakfast was not chaotic at all, unlike other hotels we've stayed in on this trip.
