Cleanliness was impeccable, hotel facilities exceeded expectations. Parking was convenient, and the hotel's location right off Hwy 1 made it easily accessible. The microwave and mini fridge in the room were a great addition. The staff provided excellent service and a delicious breakfast.
Nothings.
This hotel is close to EVERYTHING near Salem, including restaurants and shops. It's a great location for people who are commuting into the city or going to the airport. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Everything was spot on.
The staff were amazing, especially Briana Jurs. The room was well laid out with a comfortable sitting area and a nice-sized tub. The location was convenient for visiting nearby businesses and Salem.
It was all superb.
The staff, both at the front desk and in the breakfast area, were incredibly polite, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. They made my stay enjoyable and stress-free. The room was comfortable, with a mini fridge and microwave, and the beds were cozy. The TV worked well, providing entertainment during my downtime. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Betsy's Marketstreet at Lynnfield, thanks to Craig's helpful directions.
Hard to think of anything negative.
We loved our stay at this hotel. The location right off a busy highway made it convenient for us to explore the area. The parking was easy and hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was wonderful, always helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of hot foods, and we enjoyed starting our days with a delicious meal.
