We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the Charlotte Transportation Center. We had amazing views of the city and were directly across the street from the Spectrum Center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options like waffles, eggs, bacon, and yogurt. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location couldn't be beat, as it was directly across the street from the Spectrum Center and near the lively Epicenter with its wonderful restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities met all our needs. The staff, especially Mary at check-in, provided excellent customer service and made us feel well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast selection was wide, and the staff working at the breakfast area were extremely nice and helpful.
