The staff at the hotel were amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate our family, especially our young children. They treated my daughter like a princess during cocktail hour, bringing her a fancy coke in a crystal glass with a cherry and even a candle on the table. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel special, despite not being big spenders. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and the event we were attending. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and the availability of necessary toiletries made our stay comfortable and hassle-free.
Nothing that I didn't like.
We loved the beautiful hotel and its historical location. The Grand Hall with the amazing light shows was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The whole hotel had a warm and inviting feel. The location was perfect, close to everything downtown and in the "mall". The staff was friendly and helpful.

The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire visit. The hotel itself is stunning, located within a beautifully renovated historic train station. Every detail of the hotel, from the lobby to the executive rooms, was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the pool, were well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat from the heat. The location, directly in front of the hotel, allowed for convenient transportation options and easy access to nearby attractions, including the baseball field.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the parking to the check-in to the wait staff. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and the light/video shows projected onto the arched ceiling in the lounge were entertaining. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel was conveniently located within Union Station, allowing us to walk to shopping and restaurants without having to go outside on a cold day. We were also able to easily visit attractions like the Science Center and City Museum.
