We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The best aspects of our experience were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel had high-quality amenities. Parking was convenient, and the hotel's location was ideal - close to a beautiful mall and the downtown area of Palo Alto. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive. our stay was a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even texted us before our arrival to check if we needed anything. The room was spacious with high ceilings, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect for us, as it was walking distance to a mid-afternoon wedding and the Stanford Shopping Center. The breakfast was delicious, with large portions served hot. a very relaxing and comfortable hotel experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the heating system was quiet and responsive. I loved the double sinks and makeup mirror in the bathroom, as well as the in-room coffee maker. The hotel provided free Voss bottles of water, which were replenished daily. The customer service here is top-notch - the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and even texted me to ask if there was anything I needed. They delivered extra fluffy pillows to my room upon request. The hotel itself is clean and lovely, with easy and free parking. The location was perfect for me, as I was visiting friends in the area. I can't wait to come back and check out the pool and spa on my next visit!

It was a short distance to downtown Palo Alto and the Stanford mall, making it very convenient. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful courtyard which looked even more stunning at night. Our room was very spacious and had high ceilings, making it feel even more comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's sleep. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home.
